Case Study — Bella Jolie Skincare
Bella Jolie Skincare, founded by Paula Cavello, is an all-natural line of products designed for a range of skin types and ages. As an esthetician, Paula noticed a gap in the marketplace for affordable, organic skin products. She set out to design a wide range of products to help combat common problems her own clients faced, such as redness, oily skin, sensitivities, and dullness, all while making sure the price point was right.
Her visual identity was created using inspiration from a beautiful fleur de lis that was found hand-stitched all over her mother’s wedding dress, reminiscent of her family’s Louisiana roots. The icon is paired with a unique, bold serif typeface to create an approachable and sophisticated vibe. Her colors are reminiscent of a relaxing day at the spa, with a fun splash of vibrant yellow that brings a smile to your face.
