how soon can we get started?
While I would LOVE to dive right in, I only take on a few projects at once to ensure quality of work. To inquire about working together, please fill out the contact form and I’ll be in touch with my current availability.
why do you only offer one logo concept?
My main goal is to create THE logo that’s perfect for your business, not a few options without a clear direction on which is best. I’ve found over the years that presenting different logos for the same brand created more confusion than clarity. As a branding expert, I will present the one logo concept that I feel best fits your brand’s goals based on your brand strategy and visual mood board.
From there, two rounds of revisions are included to make any additional tweaks to ensure its the perfect solution.
what if I’m not pleased after two revisions?
I include two rounds of revisions for all design projects. This gives us plenty of opportunities to refine and edit content, etc. While I’m certain you’ll be happy with your project within this timeframe, we can continue to make refinements at a rate of $150/hour as needed.
do you offer web design?
Yes, I do! However, I only take on website design projects for clients who have gone through my brand strategy & identity design process. This ensures that we’re creating a website based on your brand strategy.
what does your payment process look like?
A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. The remaining balance may be broken into two payments, if needed. The remaining balance is due prior to receiving approved, press-ready design files. Any items that are printed must be paid in full prior to sending to press.
For a la carte projects that are estimated hourly, I will share an estimated cost up front before the project starts, then send you a final invoice based on the work completed. Invoices will be sent using Quickbooks Online, which offers credit/debit card payments and bank transfers. Checks are not accepted.
